Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm not sure If I'm posting in the right place.

I recently bought a Sterling By MusicMan SUB SILO 3 and I was considering replacing the tuners to a locking one if possible.

Looking at the original tuners, I don't see any screw holes. How does this work? I presume its held by friction. What do you call these types of tuners? Are there replacements for this type of tuner?

Would locking tuners require drilling?

Cheers
