StingRay 5 bridge Help

[Oldie but noobe]

I just changed my strings to TI Flats. While I was at it I loosened up the Bridge to try to shift it over a bit. I wanted to get the G string on the Board better.

I seem to remember the saddles tight together and tight against the big round deals now there is a thin gap

Does it matter, is it my imagination? I am just trying to learn as I love to tinker.

There are 5 reasons you won't move that bridge over: 3 screws and 2 bolts. A small gap between the saddles is normal
