The only time I ever heard one was in BP's hands at the open house, he sure knew what to do with it! I want one, I love the bass and the clav type high end.

I think John is the perfect guy for that Silo, he has quite an eclectic collection of instruments. And BP, you're right, I didn't have a clue what to do with it, it was just sitting in the closet. With John it stays in the family and gets some good use.

Now, I'll have a DDHH SR5, something I will blow the doors off with around DFW on the weekends. He's happy, I'm happy. Plus I've started playing fives again so this was perfect for me.

Now if JW can get a new set of strings?

So back to the Silo... Brought it in to school today and let some of my students play it. They're all amazed. Never knew such a beast existed. I think I proved once again that I am by far the coolest professor around.
