For what it is worth....locks installed...dream, does what it says on the tin etc. Only thing I would add - candlewax the screws that are provided with the locks before applying :)

Good to know, I just ordered a set of Nickels for my Ray.

I've got a Levi's strap that I couldn't get my Dunlops on because it was too thick. I put my EBs on it tonight just to see if it was possible and had no problems.

I had to use vice grips to put my strap locks on my Levi's strap. I think I will switch to the EB locks.

Dunlops suck and should be banned! Schallers worked for the Boss!

Schallers have been, in my experience, horrible. Yes, I know I can use threadlock, but why the poop should I have to use threadlock on something just to make it work?

Dunlops have NEVER failed in in countless practices/gigs in the 4+ years I have used them. In the 4+ with Schallers (before I found the Dunlops) I had multiple "accidents".

I do not currently have locks in place on my Stingray, but plan on ordering some EB's for it soon.

Then don't look at your car's engine....most of the bolts on it also have threadlock just to hold it together keeping the bolts from backing out. ;)

I have two new sets of Dunlops that I will trade for one set of Schallers or Ernie ball locks if anyone is interested. 2 for 1

You can soap your screws, too.

I just like saying that. "Soap your screws."

So, you know - go soap your screws!

There are lots of other things you can go and soap also, so..you know...go and do it :D

Mild attempt at humour.
