String Guages for JP13 7-String Tuned in A

Hey gang, I have a question for you. Just ordered an Ernie Ball John Petrucci JP13 7-String. I am tuning this in A so the strings will be A-D-G-C-F-A-D. Same as D-standard tuning with the low A. With the 1 whole-step drop I realize I need heavier strings but having a hard time finding what I want.

Ernie Ball has 2 string sets that I like. The Cobalt 2729 and Cobalt 2730. I like the 2729 but want the heavier .42, .52, .62 that the 2730 has. How do I get the combination of these 2 without having to buy 2 sets of strings and then mixing them?
