Recently I purchased the Sterling by Musicman Sub silo 3 guitar with rosewood fretboard. I'm loving it. However, I have some questions.
My older guitar is a japanese ibanez RG and it has a flatter rosewood fretboard and the silo3 has a curvier fretboard.
I was wondering if the silo3's fretboard along with the frets can be rubbed to have a flatter feel. Will this damage the guitar? Thanks

The frets will have to be removed, the fretboard planed, re-radiused and finished, then new frets installed. It will cost you a lot more than you paid for the guitar.

Welcome to the forum!

if you like EBMM guitars and flat fretboard have a look at the Petrucci models and of course welcome :)
