Hey Colin!

Nice to hear from you. Thanks for the update.
My thoughts are still with you all.
She's a cutie pie. Keep taking care of her.

Hey, u talkin to me? NY
All the best continued recovery wishes for Holly and my thoughts go out to you and your family Colin. That picture of Holly in a hospital bed is really heartbreaking. I have a little girl of my own, so this very unfortunate accident really hits home.

Best wishes for you, your daughter and your entire family.

We'll spend some quiet, reflective time with our kiddos at bedtime tonight and add you to the bedtime prayers tonight.

Good news we have been allowed to come home from the hospital. Holly will be confined to a wheelchair for awhile but being at home is wonderful!

Colin,

I just read this post for the first time. I am sorry to hear about your daughter and will be praying for her. My wife and I have a 7 year old son that was born with aortic stenosis and had to have open heart surgery this past July to replace the aortic valve in his heart. I know the fear and worry of having a child in the hospital for a long amount of time and dealing with the uncertainty of what can happen. I am glad to hear that your daughter is finally home! If there is anything that my family can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask me. PM me if you need to.
God bless!

Colin, just seeing this thread now - As I have mentioned in our emails, I'm glad she is home and doing well. I wish Holly a speedy and complete recovery, and I hope that you and your family have many uneventful years in front of you!

Not to hi-jack..... I think karma knows who it owes and what. Colin , it will be much better from here on out for you and yours. Children remind us of why we strive to be the best and then show what it is to love unconditionally. I hope you are okay because I would not wish what you have been through on anyone. You are a strong man !

And Pete..... you gotta' know with the way you treat people the you are karmattically (is that a real word?) set for life. So when does "Dubaldo's West" open? Congradulations on the upcoming fun!!

Reading this for the first time mate. Had no idea.

But Jeez, knowing all that's happened to you...I feel very fortunate to have walked away from that Laker game we went to earlier this year unscathed!!! ;)

Thinking of you and your family buddy.
Best

Thanks Keith, Holly just started walking this week. Kids are pretty resilient and deal with horrible things in a different way.
