A couple of weeks ago I noticed the string nut on my MusicMan SUB1 was broken. I contacted customer service and they gave me details how to get it fixed.

Today my MusicMan SUB1 arrived. The string nut is replaced perfectly. I can't even tell its an other stringnut (well, this one is not broken of course ;) ). Ok, it took weeks, but thats not EBMM fault (it was a f*ck-up from the local dealer, they send it in twice to the repairs guy  ).

The repair was completely free, done perfectly and I was helped really well by EBMM customer service to get in touch with the local dealer.

Thanks! :)

Yeah, enough is enough about their EB customer service!!! We ALL know it's the BEST out there; unmatched by anyone else; a standard of excellence, etc. . . . . well I'm tired of hearing it!!!

I want to experience this for myself, and of all the MM guitars I own you'd think I'd be able to get just one to break, malfuction, present a defect, wear out pre-maturely, not work right, screw up, etc. . . ., but nooooooooooo - this is so frustrating!

CS crew, can you make an exception?? Can I send a F.....r in just to have the experience????
