A couple of weeks ago I noticed the string nut on my MusicMan SUB1 was broken. I contacted customer service and they gave me details how to get it fixed.
Today my MusicMan SUB1 arrived. The string nut is replaced perfectly. I can't even tell its an other stringnut (well, this one is not broken of course
). Ok, it took weeks, but thats not EBMM fault (it was a f*ck-up from the local dealer, they send it in twice to the repairs guy
).
The repair was completely free, done perfectly and I was helped really well by EBMM customer service to get in touch with the local dealer.
