Hahahaha, I've been there it's been a long time, but I feel for you all.

Did you by chance get the pink one off Reverb? That thing was gone in a flash.

Pink, yes... though I saw it on EvilBay first... and that’s where I transacted. Pink ones are very rare for either Tribute or EVH. After a quick check with seller, I didn’t hesitate. My purple tribute has quickly become my #1... hoping this one is equal in tone/playability.

They call me Flash for a reason!

Haha. Awesome. It was a bit out of my price range at the moment, but I think it was one of the better looking pinks I've seen.

Of course... the guitar arrived to Chicago this AM... and I am just left away on business until Friday evening!

This was more than I wanted to spend as well, but have not seen one in excellent condition (in pink) any cheaper!

Nice I always loved the purple on the Axis. EVH's purple model guitars what drew me to EBMM.

Congrats, have fun with it. Glenn |B)

Well... slightly disappointed. It’s condition is very good but not as described. Mind you I am very critical/picky. Not original trem pup screws and some serious clear coat scratches that cannot be polished out around the cavity (assuming a pup swap and replace at some point). A couple small sings in top and rear, plus some scuffing on rear bottom. Small chip in binding. I sent the seller a note and some photos... he offered me $50 back. Somewhat insulting. Nice looking 5 footer tho...

Man, that is pretty nice from the photo. But, yeah, I HATE sellers that don't disclose the true condition. There's no way it can work out well. If I were you, I'd tell him you want 20% back or he can have his guitar AND negative feedback. (but it does look damn sweet, and now you won't have to worry about getting that first scratch/ding).

Thanks Jeff.

I thought the same thing... countered his $50 with $200. He re-countered at $100, so I told him to send me a call tag. Now he’s up to $150. At some point, I’d sell it. No way I could ask what I paid for it in current market.
