Day 5 and a quick check in. Having a blast...just a few more nights though. Will post pics after we get back....got my hair corn rowed on the beach yesterday.

I'd say, Dude goes to Mexico, witnesses a great mariachi band with a kick ass bass player and his guitarron, and comes back all pumped up about these incredible acoustic bass guitars and convinces EB/MM to design a prototype based on it. . . Dude proposes possible names, like the earthdude bass. . . EB/MM is not amused.

Funny you should mention this as we did have quite an adventure walking around the seedy underbelly of Mazatlan hunting down a Bajo for me one evening and I came home with one...funny little 25" scale Bajo with abalone rosette...pices soon. I told the guy I wanted 10 more just like it but in 34" scale and he's making them now.
