The Official Annoucement of Lord Bongo

Hey Kids
THere is a fine line between ridiculous and stupid.
Did someone call my name again?
or
It's a little place we call Casa de NorM.
or
Isn't that the line that connects my computer to yours?

Yeah for real! I called my favorite dealer yesterday and cussed him out for not being a part of the forum. He said he would try but I feel more dirty words coming on.

This place is better than an aquarium 'cause you can get in it.

ps: To all other participating EBMM dealers. Keep in touch with Jack and let him know what you may or may not have in inventory. I refer customers back and forth with other dealers on other product lines that VBTC carries all the time and don't see why we wouldn't on EBMM products as well. The "goal" here is to get EBMM customers what they want, when they want it and if you got it and we don't it's better to get the bass into the customer's hands as fast as possible.

Everything I have at Store #1 is photographed and on the website in my sig. The inventory of Store #2 still needs to be photographed and uploaded. :(

Doug (bassplyr) and I have talked a few times [he's a great guy!], and we try to send one another in-stock sales business. I would be more than happy to send people Jack's way if he lists his in stock items somewhere!

That's on me not Jack Pete. I'm just fiiring up here and will be placing a big stocking order with BP next month while in SLO. In the meantime, I've got my web guy setting up my EBMM store on my website.

Nice to meet you and I look forward to working with you as well as all other participating EBMM dealers around here in friendly competition.

You coming out next month?? If so let's have a few brews ok?

Well, thanks to all for vote of confidence. As we all know, these instruments sell themselves, so I'm just sitting back, big old cigar in my mouth, watching the orders roll in. I assume all you other dealers are doing the same?

I look forward to selling some more basses! If I can do enough of this, someday I'll be able to buy my OWN Stingray 4.

All the dealers who are on the board are already friends and now friends in business; as Steve said, the main thing is getting the bass in the hands of the customer and fostering a spirit of cooperation. Should be easy, considering the relationships we already have here.

Meanwhile, back to the lunacy.

Thanks again, guys - and especially to Steve and Sterling.

Jack

Steve, you bet I'll be at the open house! The best advice I can give you is to take advantage of the Build Stats when ordering for stock :) If there's anything else I can help with, feel free to ask. I'm an easy going guy, if I do say so myself. AND I'm modest, too! :D

I don't view other participating dealers on this forum as competition, we are all just one big family! (dunno if we are a "happy" family or not tho ;) )

First round is on me.

Lordy!!

Congrats Jack

This is just fantastic.

I will be contacting you to order a StingRay 4HHP Fretless in Honeyburst with matching head stock by first of the year.

Just got the Bongo Fretless 4HHP and it smokes :D

Love you all at EBMM :)

You guys can PM me or email me at bovinehost(at)comcast(dot)net if you need something. I'll clearly do my best to help you out, as I have to live here and all.
