Another idea would be to rent a bus and go to ernie1966 to check out his collection. Almost as nice as looking at the grand canyon

I also own a music store and the manager at your local shop is so right!
It's too expensive to sit on high end guitars and amps and then hope to make a decent profit with the competeitive nature of the internet. I know many stores who buy low end guitars, and can make a better PROFIT, then the high end stuff. Profit is profit. It doesn't matter to many how you make it when you have bills to pay.
