Mesa make some nice sounding amps, and there boxes look great, l would love to get my hands on a Mark iii some day, or maybe a lonestar, it's a shame they have the Rectumfriers though, not a fan at all of those amps.

I love the Lone Stars and the Mark IVs...I put my JSX up against a triple rectifier and smoked it! (hate to say that when I sell boogies and not peaveys..but that's my honest opinion)

I plan on doing some recordings once l get my BFR Luke, so it should be any day now.

Yeah l used to have a dual rec, and l put it next to a JSX, and the JSX smoked it, but l put my CAA preamp and vht power amp next to my mate JSX combo, and mine sounded better, but l'm not saying the jsx crap amp, it's a great sounding amp, but to my ear l prefered my rig.

Damn I wish I'd never got rid of mine...Big mistake. I bought one just like that it '91 from Machinehead when it was in Harlow, Essex (Presumably before DaveB). After 12 years I grew tired of it, but now I wish I'd just I'd just stored it for a couple of years and started over with a fresh pair of ears.
