what's there ot see at a string factory?

like beth and BP said - there's a lot. ive never been there so i dunno but would love to see whatever pops opens the doors to show us.

also, w/ these gatherings the people and the event itself are really what you wanna see.

Open House goes down as one of the best weekends ive ever had and besides the event itself i saw my hotel room and a few streets. Not that SLO isnt beautiful but we were there to get our minds blown by the rediculous parties pops threw

in mean, at the Dallas shindig i never left the airport (except for dinner the first night) and it was also a weekend like no other.

- Strings of coarse:D:D

So Rocktober it is then

1. SLO. It's Mecca for the Knuckleheads, and always will be.
2. Palm Springs.
3. Nashville.
4. New Orleans

I agree with Phatty

But in saying that - Build it and they will come!!!!

or Name it and they will come

+ that rattlesnake place is in palm springs right? i ate there once and it was sooooo good. made a bunch of money playing blackjack before dinner too :)

Yeah. I'd be down for the Palm Springs area. ONT to Palm Springs is definitely a quicker drive than any big CA airport to SLO. Yes, Rattlesnake Club is in Palm Springs. They're also in Detroit. :p I was thinking about the desert as a place for this thing. I think it's probably more accessible than SLO for a quick weekend trip. Plus, hey! We get to see the EB factory! Woohoo! :D

Have not been to any of the 4 places, so all would be an adventure.

1. Palm Springs first choice. It's easier for travel, we will see the factory, and more economical (at least for me),. Funds keep getting depleted because I keep buying new basses. :) or is it

2. SLO say no more, the nerve center. Require sale of a few body parts, but what the hey.

3 or 4, any order.

Besides that, I want to hang with Psycho, 'cause he is a party animal. WOOT! :D

Woot, I could drive to either SLO or PS from Phoenix. I'd love to see a factory tour and a gathering of bass peoples!

Hopefully it's not on the 15th-17th since I have a gig in Pueto Rico.

Damn! Damn! Damn!

I've sworn off flying. Trying to do my bit for the environment. This is going to be a tough choice. Remain principalled or have fun and be a hypocrite.
