Question Tone dial on my JP15 doesn’t work.

I have JP15 butterscotch burl model. Few days ago, I noticed that tone dial isn’t working.
All the other parts are working. Volume control, volume boost, push/push split, and piezo volume control are working. But there is no any change when I turn the tone control.
Is this normal? Or is wiring on tone control disconnected?

Not normal. I'd have a look and see if one of the connections has come loose.
