What's up PEOPLE!!!!!!! You know what TIME IT IS!?!?!?!?! It's time to F***ing ROCK!!!!!!!!! This was the first time I'gve seen this crazy dude perform in person, and it was pretty awesome. I dont usually listen all that much to the guy, but he can play that damn Fnenaneder like a monster
!!! Well let me start off with the opening band. It was some unknown band from the South Carribean somewhere, and I have no idea how they got to be on tour with this crazy Swede. They were ok, and played whole bunch of different stuff from very heavy metal typa stuff with Jamaican kind of feel to it and of course the singer had that typical accent, so it was pretty intereseting. Of course they did one cover of Bob Marley which was cool, but I have no idea which since I dont listen all that much to that guy as well, but the music is cool and chill and what not. The BEST part however was, that the BASSIST WAS PLAYING A BONGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think it was Carbon Blue Pearl one, and it looked awesome in all the crazy lighting, almost like Petrucci's Mystic Dream. The band name was Orange Sky for your information.
Anyway, Malmstee was just his usual crazy a$$ self playing insane stuff and being all funny and kicking into the air and twirling his guitar around. Good showman, and he played a lot of classic stuff. I think he was also getting drunk as the time was passing by, and he almost broke his acustic guitar throwing it on the floor with the stand (lol). The show was just very cool and bringing the good side of the 80's back, at least music wise
. The best part of the show was that he covered Deep Purple the song called Deamon's Eye and did a VERY good job playing Ritchie Blackmore's part OF COURSE.
Anyway, good show and I'm DAMN glad I had those ear plugs. I was supposed to meet up with MrHyde, but that didnt work out for some reason ehh man? Next time man next time! Did YOU bring those ear plugs??? lol
