Trace Elliot Heads and Cabs

Hey Guys, need some opinions!

Recently won a Trace Elliot 1048h Cab (4 x 10") on ebay to go with my ah150 head. Has anyone had any past experiences with MM's and Trace Elliot stuff?

Trace Elliot has a good history from what ive read and the Head Unit gives great sound through my current Peavey Cab, but wanted to match up head to cab to complete the half stack! (Me being stupid).

I'd imagine you'll like it. Trace Elliot cabs seem to really work best with a Trace head. I've got a 1x15" combo (model 7215) and a Trace 1x15" and horn extension cab (model 1153T) and the cab just doesn't do it's thing with a different amp. Plug it into the Trace, though and WHAMMO! I've got a Sterling 4 w/ piezo and the combination will take out gall stones at 20 paces....

The Trace cabs are pretty heavy, but very well built, it seems. I've played a little bit through a 1048 cab before and thought it was very good and punchy. Hope you like yours! Either way, you should be able to move it easily if you decide it's not for you.
