Chaps! My brother is coming over to dubai and bringing my trans orange axis ss (see pic in "new boy in town" thread) on the plane. It will have to go in the hold. Are there any tips you have for the transport of my baby.

Having flown guitars long hall and short hall, I would say keep them tuned to pitch, make sure there is no crap floating about in the case and keep your fingers crossed!

So far, the only casualty from my guitar travels has been some minor damage to my guitar cases.
