Help! Upgrading Tremolo on Sterling SUB AX3

Looking to install a new two point tremolo in my SUB AX3 because the treads in the block that hold the bar in place have stripped over time. Was wondering if anyone who's done this before knows if the stud spacing on the AX3 is compatible with a generic after market two point trem system (e.g. Wilkinson VS100N).

I'd seen another poster say he installed a Wilkinson wave trem and he also changed out the mounting studs.
