That's really odd.

Steve Dude Barr said:I've shipped well over 1,000 basses via UPS Ground and never lost a single one and the only time I ever experienced any damage was due to my laziness in making sure the bass didn't flop around inside the case. YMMV

Steve Dude Barr said:Nope...I learned my lesson the hard way with Lowell's Bongo currently in the EBMM repair department getting a headstock ding repaired...yours will be fine except for a spit mark on the upper horn.
Mahlon said:I've heard you guys complain about UPS and now they got me. I've been sitting here expecting the black sparkle Ray Travis sent to me on Monday. I kept noticing the status tracking window never left Georgia.
Just now I got this:
AN INCORRECT ROUTING AT A UPS FACILITY CAUSED THIS DELAY;THE PACKAGE WAS MISSORTED AT THE HUB. IT HAS BEEN REROUTED TO THE CORRECT DESTINATION SITE
They're only asked to ship a package, and they can't ship a package. I hope FedEx eats their lunch. And Dale Jarret seems like such a nice guy.

when it's all said & done...........the only thing more reliable than ups is to take it yourself.
