Install a Firefox plugin called IE Tab. Lets you open IE Tabs within Firefox and switch to them if the page does not work in Firefox. Tech tip of the day!:D

I'm using the most current version of I.E. with vista, I don't think the problem with youtube has anything to do with plug-ins or browser compatibility (at least for me). It always use to work fine, it seems that it's been isolated to the last couple of days...

I love watching all the videos from this thread, there are so many amazing players!

I have that issue all the time, but it's Flash on the latest Firefox that's the culprit. When I use IE, no problems. (I keep using the beta versions so figure that's just part of the deal.)

this problem is really annoying me, ive googled it a lot and a hell of a lot of people are finding its the same problem, Firefox fails but IE works fine. I found some info on how to fix it here

Two quick fixes for Firefox 3 | Webware : Cool Web apps for everyone - CNET

uninstall Flash 9 and install Flash 10.

Damn browsers. I have a zillion of them installed for testing purposes. Something works, something breaks ...

Good find Rob.
