I need my wife to take the pics, so it's out of my control. BTW the bass is amazing, but I have a slight problem. The truss wheel is frozen, and I have a call into EBMM CS. I might have to bring it back to the store, and let the pros fix her. Other than THAT, this baby plays and LOOKS incredible!

What did you do to fix it?

I had a similar thing with the Big Al 5 but I remeber someone saying you have to push it a bit and you will be fine.

I'm still waiting for a call back from EBMM Customer service, but They are closed today. I will bring it back to the store I bought it from, and let them handle it.
