With the exception of Luke's Ever Changing Times, I have not been listening to too much rock but the following have been on constant repeat in my car

Grace Jones - Slave To The Rhythm
Scritti Politti - Provision

Oh yeah and Paul Gilbert's new CD which is ACE!!!!

I've been listening to a lot of John Mayer recently... I don't know why... It's really good stuff. nice to hear someone these days play so well with so little technique utilised... It's like listening to a young Clapton all over again...

After all the niche blues records, shredders, metal chugga chugga stuff, it's nice to listen to radio friendly stuff that's really nice to play along to...

Suddently, it's cool to be the blues player again... Hahahahaha...

Steve Stevens - Memory Crash.

Steve is one of my new guitar heros - I liked his work with Billy Idol, but you should check this out to see how good this guy really is.

Steve Stevens Memory Crash is very good indeed.

Other bands I have really appreciated lately are Buckcherry, Alter Bridge, and the new CD from Black Stone Cherry is an absolute stormer!

Older stuff - listened to Pet Sounds again for the first time in a few years - Wow, what an album. :)

Freakin ROCK ON dude! I have it on vinyl still. GREAT album. When I first started playing guitar i was so keen to learn the intro riff to Lookin For Love.

Yeah baby ! - I've still got the cassette somewhere too !

We used to cover many off that one.
"Burn" and "Parisienne Hotel" always went off live.

These are in heavy rotation at the moment:

Steve Vai - All About Eve (I'm addicted to that song right now)

Lots of Paul Gilbert

Stone Temple Pilots - Tiny Music from the Vatican Gift Shop

Jeff Beck - Who Else!
