Edit: Well, I'm got the issue resolved so I take back my initial statement. The company's great and no hard feeling here guys. But you can tell how much i love the guitar by seeing me panic here.
I hate to bash ernieball b/c I love their products but I'm really frustrated with them right now. Well, I have a jp6 and i guess it's a common issue that the input jack breaks. I ordered a jack from them and it's really hard to take the old one off with with a desoldering gun. I scraped part of the PC board accidentally so I need to order a new piezo preamp. They told me I have to return the old one in order to buy a new one from them. But I'm a gigging musician and can't afford the turn around time. I asked whether I can return the broken preamp to them after I get the new one but got denied. I guess it will be a few years before I can get the piezo working again. Sigh.
