^ awesome! Hand crafted and made with love.

My hobbies seem to be me on a bar stool with my mouth flapping and eye balling hotties.

While I do consider my balls as a hobby / obsession, I also regard my work as a hobby too as I actually enjoy working. Strange I know...

I'm a self employed web designer based at home, so I can surf on EBMM forums and other sites and also be designing, building and managing websites all from one comfortable place.

I can even sit here in front of my desk playing my axe's as I've got my Tascam DP-02 set up on the same desk...

I must get out more - especially when I compare what I do with other KnuckleHeads that do all this active karate, running, shooting, DIY stuff!

I feel lame now. I shall now seek comfort with my balls...

Thanks all and Thanks BP .. They are a labor of love and it keeps me out of the bars :)

Hey BP ... I'd be happy to build you one. You do so much cool stuff for others I'd be happy to send one your way.
I'm dead serious ... 6 or 8 string? Deco or Teardrop?

I make 3D models of stuff with Inventor. Except it's going to be applicable to my future career (engineering) so I don't really know if it counts?

I might take up snowboarding or skiing, since I'm here for 4-5 years!

Guitar playing is really everything for me. It's a passion, a money maker and my social life all wrapped into one. I play 2 or 3 gigs a week, and love it!

Other than that, I love to travel and try to get to the USA 2 or 3 times a year. And I love geeking with my computer! His name is WOPR and its being constantly upgraded and modified. Started life as a P3 450 64MB of RAM and 8GBHD. Now its a quad core, 4GB RAM and several TB of storage.

There are some really interesting and cool hobbies listed above. I'm kind of boring:

Swimming for fitness
Playing with my kids for fun
NHL season ticket holder for sports viewing
Reading history for relaxation and education
I recently left the board of directors of a local non-profit, but I'll probably get back involved after a break.

Like somebody else mentioned, I really find working on my MM guitars very relaxing. After a tough week, and after everyone goes to bed, I enjoy changing strings, doing setups and intonations, conditioning necks, etc...it's therapeutic, and let's me spend time with my guitars even when making noise with them isn't appropriate.

Tim,

I just finished my new build last week,

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 OCd (stock 2.86GHz) to 3.6GHz. I have had it hit
4.0GHz stable, but it was getting to hot for me 72C
8GB of OCZ Reaper 1066
Gigabyte P45-UD3P
Sapphire 4850x2

It flys :D

Nice rig! I have been having some problems with my Gigabyte P35 board with random blue screens, but I have flashed the BIOS to version 12 and so far so good! My CPU is a 2.4Ghz, but your 4Ghz stable is insane! Maybe you need to go water cooled?

Not worth it to me to water cool, there isn't anything I can't do with 3.6GHz...
yet!

I'm happy with 3.6GHz at 60C under full load. Running Prime95 for 12+ hours, and passing OCCT running in high priority.

A bit over kill for perusing the forums though ;)
