Like it... think it would look good on a Bongo (but the wife would truly kill me after just buying the 5), but then again my high school colors were purple and white

I would have to agree. A color like that would make me pull the trigger in a New York minute.
But I'd have to find a purple pimp hat to wear while playing it.

Looks like in about a week or so I'll be able to post here and confirm one of the years that Pearl Purple was manufactured.
