Congrats Gary, beautiful basses! I certainly love my HH Bongo Honeyburst PDN, it's the nicest sounding and feeling Bongo I've ever played.

yes, tuna, its that one.
I'm just getting acquainted today. Thus far its a great sounding, but kinda darker sounding bass. Not sure its the cobalts I'm used to playing versus slinkys on it, but its got a dark side to it all right. Definitely mid focused, which is easy to my ears.
First song played: Blood and Roses, and its great for that kind of music, fit right in.

Funny because u or someone was saying their pdn big al could use some more warmth!

That bad boy would be perfect with a tort guard, u know in case somewhere down the line someone was interested :)

two fer PDN, nice, congrats, glad to see it went to a good home, I can see how it would lean dark with the wood combinations and ceramic. Cobalts and the SS frets would probably brighten it up a bit. All the best with the fraternal twins, Rick

Beautiful Sterling 5HH ! From BC? I was eying that one at BC - got my PDN Sterling 5H from them.
