My favorite amp is my Gibson Super Goldtone. It's a 30 watt Class A head. I bought it from a session player in Nashville years ago.

The favorite of all amps I've had to date is my current Mesa F-50. Such a beast and bang-for-the-buck - pretty much perfect for my needs. Dreaming of a Morgan RCA35, Jackson Amps NewCastle 30 and of course few Mesas like the Roadster. Anyone tried Morgans or Jackson Amps?

My main amp is a Living Tone Wallaby Rex (my signature amp) which is very similar to his Brighton Line. It's pretty similar to a Matchless Lightening (Home - Living Tone Amplification). It's a 15watt amp head that i run through a Dr. Z 112 cab with a WGS Speaker.

My other amp is a 112 Dr. Z Maz Jr Combo with a Celestion Blue speaker.

Love both amps for various reasons but absolutely LOVE my living tone amp.

I had a morgan RV35. Cleans were awesome and took dirt pedals extremely well. That's an amp I will miss.

I like my original 5150. I have been thinking of downsizing to a 6505 112 or a 5150 III 112. Decisions, decisions.

Just got a Mark V:25 to go along with its big brother... and I am blown away right out of the box.

Dare I say it, I think it may be better than the standard V.

I have owned many tube amps, my favorites being the Mesa Boogie Mark V and the EVH 5150III 100W head. I switched to the Axe FX II XL a year ago and have not looked back. It's not that it's better, it just suits my current needs so much better and is an absolute pleasure to record with. Combine it with the MFC-101 controller and it's a piece of gear with limitless potential. I still plan to get another amp so I can have both, as I believe both have their places.

The guys in Haken swear by them...and from the tone they get, I'm not surprised. They get versatility in their sounds for solos, rhythms, etc, and they always sound amazing. If it weren't for the fact that I'd feel absolutely overwhelmed by it, I would consider saving up for one.

Axe FX II for me.

I've owned Marshalls (Plexi and 80s SS crap), Carvin Legacy (HOLY LOUD, BATMAN), Boogies (Lonestar and Dual Rec) & Fenders. The AFX covers all of those, plus I can use a nice pair of monitoring headphones and play late in to the night with kids sleeping.

I will be picking up a Suhr Corso in the near future - just to try something different. But the AFX is here to stay.

I know this is not considered to be professional. But here goes: I have a Marque 60 modeling amp with 12" extension cab made by the defunct Johnson Amplification Company. Bass guitar is my primary instrument and I like the pre-set options on the Johnson for my electric guitar. I absolutly love it.

They had some great endorsing artists. I wish they had stayed in business.
