When we first got our Pug we also had two cats. Since the Pug was a puppy, she adopted some strange cat-like tendencies such as sleeping on the arm of the couch. The strangest thing she learned from the cat, was stealth like attacks.

So, when she is in play mode and attacks, we started calling her a pug ninja

I decided to use it on here

my screenname's also AOL related....

back when my friends all got AOL accounts they all had these "rad" and "awesome" screennames with strange spellings like sk8rDood or Gr8rThanU ... you know - wannabe hacker names.

So in order to mock all my friends i came up with the most absurd 2 names combo I could think of and misspelled it. so Fat Duck became PhAtducKk

Got tired of using my name for screen names so I started mulling over guitar part names till I got one that sounded cool.
I think this one was the best option. Nut, Whammy, Alnico, Pickup, Truss, Rod, Fret, Tang, Tuner, Pot, Shaft just did not do it for me.

Great thread beej :D

Well for mine.....I'm a good ole Canadian boy. So that's a plus. I like flannel shirts. So that works well. I like the outdoors. So that fits. And most of all I'm a fan of wood. Chopping it, sawing it, cutting it, staining it, painting it, burning it, and most important because I love guitars......playing it. I do enjoy my axes:D;)

I honestly don't remember how inebriated I was while coming up with this...

No real basis behind my screen name. Tony is my first name, and the rest goes along with another forum I joined before EBMM. I actually use the same name over there too. I've wanted to change it, but I'm finally living with it.

Mine is just a nickname used for my last name. I put 2k at the end because my uncle had "koogie" and my dad had "koogie2"....so, I just added the K. Lots of peeps call me Koogs as well.

This nick? because it's the first Fender I owned... and I liked the name, so I continued using it... I no longer own this guitar though...
