I always find it funny, that Ian Gillan calls the guitarplayer in common and Ritchie Blackmore especially "banjoplayer"

edit: i never even touched a banjo :)

I had originally registered under the name Pete to respond to a thread on here where someone was asking about my store, and immediately after registering I realized I should probably register as PeteDuBaldo for name recognition purposes. ;)

Mine comes from a high end audio manufacturing company whose gear I happen to be a fan of and also own a few products of theirs. It's also from the movie Forbidden Planet (which is actually where the company got the name) and Krell is a race of technologically advance beings. www.krellonline.com is the site if anyone is interested.

My former boss and good friend nicknamed me "Shamus", and it just stuck...even though I have absolutely no Scottish blood on either side of the family.

'63 is my birth year.

My friends call me Ash, and one day I hope to be a man.

I'll leave it to Dizzy to come up with a smartass repsonse. assuming internet travels in real time in Perth.

:D I think Rob fired a pre-emptive smartass comment

Lessee... I got Carbon from the Carbon Blue JP I had ordered at the time of joining the forum, my real name is Tim, and 27 was a number I wore during my personal best season in my hockey playing days that has basically became my favorite number.

Former band name christened by my wife in a brilliant moment. She was in a Psychology class at the time studying Sigmund Freud.

We were 5 guys with more baggage and issues than a leaky cargo ship. We all needed to spend some serious time on Sigmund's couch.

It stuck. BP shortened it to Siggie and that's stuck now too.

Mine is a composite of my first initial and the first four letters of my last name. My nickname as a teen was Bert, but that was already taken as I recall.

I'm sure you're all in awe of my creativity.

Mine comes from a childhood nickname. The 07 showed up because the first time I used it as a user name, the regular old "wolfbone" was already taken.
