OK guys, here is the deal.

Rules:

-You won the lottery. You can buy whatever amp, guitar, rack, effects, etc. you want.

-You have to be able to transport your gear. Dont go naming 9 guitars and say that you are going to use 20 4x12 cabs. Just because you won the lottery, doesn't mean you are a rock star. You dont have roadies and you dont play arenas. 3 or so guitars is OK.

Pictures will make this thread more fun!

Seriously? If I just won the lottery, the first thing I'd be looking for is a new house...with enough room for all the gear I'd be getting...

The ASS I already have
EBMM 25th
Fender 12 string Acoustic

You made me stop and think a bit. I am completely happy with my current rig, so I would probably buy one of each of every EBMM they make, in the exact colors I want (out of the ones offered of course, no custom requests here :D), and maybe get a few pedals, like some vintage tubescreamers, and other vintage gear to play around with. I know one thing, I would quit my job and spend everyday in my studio and write and record stuff, and play with all that gear!

I'd stick with my Diezel VH-4s and Lee Jackson 4x12 - to me it's a near-perfect combo.

I know people are raving about the AxeFX... But I think I'd "settle" for a TC Electronic G-System - it's simply so practical and easy to use... and it sounds really good!

As for guitars, I'd get a trio of Balls... and then have them scalloped and fitted with HUGE stainless steel frets.

I'd get:

The japanese ltd edition Silhouette with a Floyd and maple board
AL with trem and my own weird HHS pickup combo
Luke with Axis maple neck and passives thrown in for good meassure

Cheers

Eske

Dream amp? - an old Marshall (the Governor amp used by Hendrix now owned by someone I know in Cardiff)
AL with buckers hardtail and one with Trem
Xotic Pedals
Keely compressor
Voodo Labs Sparkle drive
E bow

That would be my immediate shopping list

if i had the chance, i would change my roadster head to a road king II head and would add a new mark V to it instead of the dual recto.
a BFR JP with rosewood neck would be my dream guitar.
that´s it.
i´m very happy with my actual rig and guitars, so there is nothing special at the moment for me.

I am very happy with my current rig at the moment as well.

If I won the lottery however, I would go dual Mark V's running 4 4x12 Recto cabs in full stereo and probably 4 Silo's. 2 hardtail and 2 tremolo (a backup for each). And I would have a Eventide rack system with the same pedals I currently use plus a couple.

Pitchblack > Cry Baby > EVH Flanger > Whammy > Harmony Man > Chorus > Carbon Copy > Reverb > Looper

(uncertain of order due to not owning all of these yet)

I've already got my dream guitar. 1993 EBMM/EVH.

Besides the guitar, my rig would be a Bogner Extacy half stack, and an array of Fulltone effects pedals, which would consist of Delay, Chorus, Phaser, Flanger. My other pedals would be an Ibanez Tube Screamer, and an MXR Dyna-Comp. I would probably also have an Evantide Harmonizer and a rack mount Rockman.

Now that I think about it, If money is no object, I'd get a Luke, a Rosewood Axis, and a couple BFR Axis's.

I'm ok with the amp I've got.

As for guitars, I'd buy one of everything that I didn't have from EBMM, I wouldn't worry too much about carrying them, as you can only play one at once anyway.

I'd slim down my effects, to just the one:

its not far from what I have now.

I would just add a Matchless Chieftain head with a nice marshall 2x12 cab, id run that left and my Rivera Quiana right. For heavier tones i would go with an ENGL powerball head running 2 2x12 cabs\

Guitarwise: a silhouette special, a Y2D and my jp7

Come on guys, we can do better than this! Why would you be buying Hot Rod Deville's and regular Tubescreamers when you have the money?! Mine would be:

Silo Special
Two-Rock Custom Reverb
Original Fender BF Vibroverb
Analogman KoT
Skreddy Pink Flesh
Delay/Tremelo

Top Bottom
