I will be there.....but, what is this "pass" needed? I never been to one. Do you need one or is it pay at the door?

NAMM shows aren't open to the public. You have to be associated with a company that makes, buys, or sells musical instruments, I think.

really? if i ended up in LA and had no pass id throw down the $300 if i had to. not a bad worst case scenario... if its true

I've never had to pay but i'm pretty sure i've heard that you can pay to get in..........

Sorry for the misinformation. Could this ($2-300) be the fee for a retailer to get an extra pass on the day of the show? Mabye that's what i've heard
