No, it's just a genetic modification that turns mutants normal so you have to buy your guitars all over again. Game changer AND money maker in one!

Here's some wild random guesses:

1. A six inch long pickup that has 6 coils, but has 2 notched sliders so that you can use any possible combination of coils.

2. A "virtual" pickup that allows every guitar to be fitted with the same pickup, but you can change the output hotness on-the-fly. Each pickup has a knob to go through the different possible choices.

3. A self-adjusting bridge that is motorized and lets you adjust the action height and intonation very easily.

4. A new truss rod design that delivers better rigidity while giving the option of choosing a string guage and it will auto set itself to the right tension for that particular string guage.

How about a guitar that automatically calls CS if there's any slight problem, so you don't need to post on the forum?

:D

A self adjusting truss rod! ... not that the current one isn't already as easy as pie.

hmm.. i bought a sony tv today.. it has a built in network interface. if it can exist in tv's i dont see why it couldnt on a guitar?

it would be interesting with a self diagnostic guitar much like whats in cars these days.. just plug it into the network and let the engineer work on it remotely :)

hmm.. intriguing.. :evilsmirk

It's a device that automatically converts the time you spend on the forum into virtual guitar practice, so the more time online = better playing:D

If so, I'm going to see a dramatic improvement...:p
