Here's a guy on flea bay selling an OLP guitar and he titles it as an "Ernie Ball music man guitar".
Sure, headstock 4+2 config and shape is licensed by EB. But putting Ernie Ball Music Man in the title is just ridiculous.

Not too sure if you need any legal recourse here, but in my opinion I'm pretty sure he can clean that up in an addendum/disclosure type of document/disclaimer pursuant to the sales transaction or simply add in the word "licensed by EBMM: or something along that line.

Just my opinion.

Thank you for the heads up but remember, if we see something fishy on ebay we can report that to ebay ourselves. Wonderdog has far bigger fish to fry than individual sellers.
