I don't know if these are the official colours, but they are the Morse prototypes regardless.

I think those three colors are (From left to right) Tobacco Burst, Purple sunset (The color Steve had when I saw him and the color I'm getting. From seeing it in person I say it's natural in the middle fading to darker purple.) , and Pacific blue burst. Purple is just a tough color to photograph. (IR is easier). If this is not right you are still getting your money's worth from me. :p

The one on the left is Vintage Sunburst. It is hanging on the wall in Dudleys Mad Scientist Lab. It is a thing of beauty.

NorM...

I think the one on the right is the De-Purple Burst, not Pacific Blueburst.

But I could be wrong..;)

There are a few more pics of Steve playing the one he had for the West Coast (and presumably all) of the Dregs dates this year:

my guess is it's purple sunset....it goes from yellow to purple......

this proto type is KILLER......i hope the purple sunset uses matching purple binding & purple bobbins.....

I like 'em all, regardless of the accoutrements...I love quilted and flamed tops. I was outbid on a nice acoustic electric with a flamed top last night... :(

anyway I remember going to the Petaluma show and all us guitar guys seeing this Y2D prototype for the first time and going "whoa...COOL" like Beavis & Butthead or something.
