this tube little mark just stomps every other amp i have ever owned (and i have owned some nice ones). i can get anything out of it. vintage mccartney, no prob, sly and fam, no prob. bad company, no problem. remarkable. this one amp could do 99% of everything i would ever need to do, with style, and ease. about to launch into the studio pre now. frightened!

so I'm guessing very soon a few hit records will have that Music Man Mark Bass love in them?

i just so happen to be starting a new lady antebellum record in a few days. of course the last one had some MB love on it too, but this one will be top to bottom MusicMan / MarkBass. My record will also have the magic combo goin for it, with the added bonus that you will actually be able to hear it in the mix. in fact i may make it be ALL BASS!!

I played my first Markbass amp a few weeks back and was pleasantly surprised with it. I played a Stingray Stealth bass through it and one other brand of bass and it sounded great. I compared it to another brand of amp and it sounded 100 times better.

for anyone if wondering if the little mark would be loud enough for them..... i live in the country, and a neighbor 3 houses away from me (the better part of a mile) just banged on my studio door, offered to whip my a$$ if i didnt turn my gee--ter (red-neck for bass) down. and i quote "some of us have real jobs, scumbag." i didnt have the heart to tell him, i was actually at mine, and during the time he was talking to me, i made more money than he is gonna make this week with his "real" hammer. so all that to say...trust me, you could play a stadium with this amp and a single 15" speaker.... and, might i add, sound damn good doing it. ok... gotta go see what he thinks of my new distortion pedal now.... after i load my .45 (turns out i gotta little red-neck in me too).
