an Aria Pro II. In fact, it was my brother guitar.

The first one I bought was an ESP Horizon Custom. Nice guitar for Heavy Metal, but you cannot use it for anything else ...

It was a Lotus crapocaster. It was red with Black EVH type stripes. It did have a double locking tremolo, surprisingly enough. I wish I still had it for sentimental reasons. Sad thing is, I was in my parents hometown in a guitar store about 5 years ago and saw that exact SAME guitar on the wall. I laughed about it and didn't buy it, even at $100.

Biggest regret ever.

Now I feel a bit embarrassed as you guys had some pretty decent first electric guitars...here's some pics of an identical guitar to the one I had. My Rockster came in a starters pack with a 0.5w amp, curly lead, strap and pick!!! Oooo yeah!

That lasted me a year and then I sold it to get a Washburn MG42.

Thankfully I've come a long way: :D :D

My First guitar was a 1957 Les Paul Junior that my grandfather bought in 1957 and later passed it along to me when I decided to play guitar. I later purchased a Peavey Raptor because I thought the Junior looked ugly... after the broke and I sent it in twice I gave up on having a new guittar and returned to the Les Paul.
Shortly there after I was given a custom Gibson Explorer by my uncle which I played the heck out of...

I then gave up playing for 8-9 years and gave everything away except my Les Paul...
When I returned to Playing I bought an ESP Eclipse simply because the Les Paul was too heavy to play, and then I bought an OLP MM1F and then a month later I bought a 1980's ESP Custom Shop Strat...

And Now i'm building my own Strat (like) guitar and I will one day man up and sell everything and buy a EBMM...

THAT GUITAR RULES!!! IT'S GOT DRAGONS, SKULLS, FIRE, AND LIGHTNING!!!! I'VE ONLY DREAMED OF A GUITAR THAT COOL, AND YOU ACTUALLY GOT TO PLAY ONE!!

It's actually so outlandish I might have to find one.

My first guitar was a black Kay Les Paul copy from a home catalogue in the early 80's. Awful, you could drive a truck between the strings and the fretboard. Had me in tears trying to learn barre chords

Second was much better, one of the legendary first Japanese Squiers, a wonderful butterscotch Tele. Wish I still had it to sell now, worth a bit nowadays. Traded it for an equally early Squier Strat.

Only years later did I get through enough other guitars to realise just how good those two were.

Just wish I'd made it to EBMM ownership long before now! :D

Gibson ES 125 Single P90. My Dad bought it for me when I was 5. That would be 1959. I wish I still had it.

Epiphone acoustic. Then Ibanez 540S. Both gone. First Ball was a Morse in (what else?) Morse Blue.

Man my first electric was some cheap red strat copy, with the action set that high on it, it was almost impossible to play, l had an nylon acoustic before that.
