My new twins

Hi guys and gals, I've been reading this forum for the past few months, and now that I officially have my own set of Balls, I felt that today would be a good time to introduce myself and show everyone my pair. :p

I just bought these off evilbay a month or two ago, both on the same day if I recall. My intent was to only successfully bid on one but I had a bad case of GAS and got greedy.

The JP6 feels like butter in my hands - it has everything but the matching headstock. This one was virtually new and is setup perfectly. There is something about red guitars that appeal to me. The Radiance Red looks better in person than it does in photos.

The JP7 will take some time getting used although. I might end up moving this sometime as I don't think I'm 7-string person, and I'd rather use that money spent on something else such as a Y2D or another JP6 (ideally but unlikely a Dargie).

Thanks,
Kent

Yo Kent,
welcome on board and that's a nice pair of JPs you got there!
Is the 7-string-thing a butter-cream 2005 limited edition ?!? :eek:
Cheers

welcome to the forum and nice guitars you have! Its better having two balls than one indeed.

@axilla: i don't think its the 2005le, wasn't the musicman-tag red on them?

Finished the SSPL

...done.

This is what arrived here a few weeks ago, body in 9,5 out of 10 condition, neck in a mess:

A few weeks later, lotsa €uros spent and Mick nearly round the bend from me persistently calling about the status, this is the result - pics taken a few minutes ago in the sun...
