I just heard a rumour that Andy Timmons could be playing EBMM guitars soon.. there was a thread on HRI that Timmons has finished his deal with Ibanez and is currently without a signature guitar... I must stress this is JUST A RUMOUR.... if it were true then I can't think of any player I'd like to see here more...

I'd really like to see that happen. Andy is a great player much in the vain of Greg Howe; in that he has a ton of soul in his shredding.

thanks BP for clarifying... it was a rumour that I saw and I just wanted to share it here... Andy's a fine musician and a very nice guy.. I'd love to see him play EBMM.

I meet Andy a month ago here in FL at a clinic he did and he state that the rumor was true that he and Ibanez had part ways. He said it was a good split and he loves the guitars they made him. He said the for the first time in a a long time he was not bound to any companies and would be able to play what ever guitars he wanted. He said that there would be a few companies he'd be checking out but was not sure if at that time he was going to look to "get a signature deal" as much as just find a company that makes good guitars he can play.

Andy is AWESOME. What a teriffic player to have using EBMM, he would just sound amazing with an AL or a Silo Special. Imagine what a Timmons sig ball would look like. Only a wishful thinking, but he sure is a dynamite player and has such class. Never heard him do anything bad, everything he plays is right on the money, taste for days.

I met Andy 3 weeks ago, and he was awesome.. The best concert of my life.. Only 60 people attended this show.. Ah.. I wish people will give him more credit..


Regarding the rumor, i heard from this Ibanez endorser that Ibanez wont make another signature model with Andy and probably Andy will join EBMM or Fender.. Oh well, BP said that the company have had no contact with Andy, so I guess he goes to Fender? Argh..

AT300 I think just a silhouette special with Mahogany body.. I have the AT300 and the neck profile is almost the same (or should I say identical?) with Silhouette neck..


If Andy join this company, it will be a dream come true for me.. My fave guitar player playing my fave guitar..
