Down on the Bayou Baby!

This is just gonna be so cool!!!!!
The Cajun food served at Jack's party was some of the best food I have ever eaten and that will be a tough act to follow. But for me, I consider this to be an exhibition, not a competition. No wagering.

So looking forward to the to do.

Do you get a BFR Luke to take home if you show up in a Kilt?

how long does it take to drive from Dallas? I'm thinking about flying into Dallas and driving.

Fly into Houston, the you can just hop on I10 and drive about 4-1/2 Hours to BR.

From Dallas it's probably close to 8 Hours.

Another option is to fly into Houston then take Continental Express Jet into Lafayette or Baton Rouge.

I've been "over here" on the guitar side very rarely (no particular reason, other than time), but I guess I'll start checking it out more often to get familiar with the peeps on this side, so that I'll know who I'm talking to when we meet at the bash, 'cause I'll be there - wouldn't miss it. Sounds effing great, based on BP's description. And all that's "gravy" on top of finally meeting some of u guys & gals. Later!

Smelly you coming?

Working on it Colin, The best quote I've had so far is the equivilant of 4 BFR's!!!! - I'm trying to get a better deal (or not get raped in the pricing!)

If I can get there and back for £500 I'll be there, but it's not looking good right now - why can't they just have everybody in one place in the US!

Hope it works out mate, although 4 BFR's are pretty tempting

Hey Tiffles, that's the easy bit, getting from Banjo-playin' country to Edinburgh ads another £300 ! - Then I need to get me to London......

"If god wanted us to fly he'd have bought the tickets" - John lee Hooker - somewhat apt for a Sunday!!!!
