Love the transpurple one myself. Sorry if I missed any discussion about this but how are floyd rose trems upgraded?

Dan is a big Hamer guy, as am I. I put EBMM and Hamer in the same category - small shops, attention to detail, mega quality at a lower price point - bang for the buck (at least Hamer used to be more in line witrh this - not so much lately). Both companies are even better bargains on the used market.

To get back to this thread - these new guitars are quite awesome - I just can't bond with the axis neck as it's almost a direct opposite of the JP.

That purple looked more blue to me, but nevertheless, whoever bought it is the luckiest guy on the planet!

It was an unreal shade!

all the backs in this tribute series are chocolate brown....The Regular Axis production model is still black
