My new JP BFR PDN!

The waiting and obsessing has finally come to an end...she has arrived.
Lefty John Petrucci BFR PDN Limited Edition "Honey Roasted" package.
I am so impressed with every aspect of this instrument - workmanship/attention to detail, look, feel, sound, resonance -- incredible. I had trouble letting go of my Les Paul to make room for the JP, but there is no doubt I made the right decision and I can't believe it took me so long to join the family! Special thanks to EBMM for making high-quality lefty guitars across all of your different products - not your typical, "we only make our low-end model in lefty, in black, white or red, and you'll wait 6 months+ for it"....

Yeah the guy was called Tomic. There are 2 little dings in the front, but it's nothing really. Like my Tribute, the springs at the back of the trem will need tightening as the trem moves when you bend strings, so it can't have been played all that much.
Other than that it's a lovely guitar. Do you know the year it was produced at all lessthanone?

4-13-95. That guitar was mint when I sold it to a friend here in the states. Guess it got a little wear when it went over the pond.

I got this one a few weeks back to accompany my Stingray. Let's just say it wasn't easy get one of these to Norway considering I didn't want to wait several months to pay twice as much as a Gibson (a Gibson which is MORE expensive than this one in the US). Luckily I managed to get one from the US in 8 days, and it's easily the greatest guitar I've ever played. And no, I didn't buy it to play DT stuff on it, it's simply the right guitar for me.
