Okay...okay...tell me what you think: I have been fervently spending my lunch hour for the past week looking at color and PG for the first of what I hope to be many a Ball for my Brokenvail:

Candy Red with Black Pearloid PG:confused:
Sapphire Black with the Python PG:confused:
Olive Gold with Gold Swirl PG:confused:
And my final confliction Egyptian Smoke with Abalone PG:confused:

What is a girl to do!?!?! ARGH!!

If you really love Candy Red (which is an outstanding color) we need Fogman to post a certain Morse pic. Now, let me preface this by saying I hate the tortoise pickguards, but the combination of Candy Red and Tortoise works incredibly well

....I just realized I may have added to your dilemma. sorry:rolleyes:

I have it filed as Candy Red.
I think it looks a tad like Radiance because it's slightly over exposed from the flash.

Yeah, that was the first Morse I ever encountered in person. The former dealer from whom I ordered my old AL (see TwAn for details) owned that Morse. I was a beauty although it had a big paint chip missing. That combo of Candy Red and shell is quite nice.

I see sparkles, then here we see a refference to flakes (metal I assume) and there is also refference made to pearl and at least one other that I can not remember. So guys a little education please :D

Oftentimes if a paint color "sparkles" then it has metal flake in it. If it "shimmers" then it has pearl. The sparkle and shimmer effects add to the depth of the color. Colors like Black/White are just plain with no pearl or sparkle - you can't get much deeper than either one!
