Man - I can't believe im 38!

I'm a Service Manager for the UK's biggest comms company, and I'm also a guitarist who works 2-3 times a week all over the UK in various bands.....been playing for 4 years when I was a kid, and took it up again 5 years ago.....

Musicman guitars have killed the element of excitement when looking for a new gutiar.......if it ain't MMan - I just ain't interseted!!!.......going to gutiar stores is a real drag!

37, USA transplant from NZ about 25 years now and I'm looking forward to going back in a few years, currently working as an IT Manager (been in IT for 17 years), playing guitar for about 21 years off and on (mostly off for the past 5 years). Slowly getting back into playing and loving it every day - especially with my two Balls.

Uh oh... And the exposure level increases! :D

I am 23, a student currently about to graduate from the University of California, Los Angelels (UCLA) and my major is in British Literature, Creative Writing with a hopeful minor in Film.

I feel so young here!

...an update....

I'm now 49 (but getting closer to 50 every day) and still a Canadian Government employee, and I have been playing semi-professionally (okay, a weekend gig-warrior) for the last quarter century. I have progressed a bit since my first post in this thread (back in April 2006), where I noted of my EBMM collection at the time:

"My Axis pair have the first Floyd Rose bridges I have owned, and if u do the math, I played through the 80's without a Floyd! Played all the "hairband" music back then - of course, I HAD hair back then.....".

Oh, and I'm still playing "hairband" music, and I still don't have the hair for it.....and I have acquired a couple more EBMMs since then....

Holy Cow! I started this thread back in December of '04 and it's still going?!?!?

I'm now 36 and still working for the same brokerage company as an Genesys CTI engineer. How time flies.
