Speaking of pesto in the wind... actually over by TKB (I don't think High Street holds a candle to the sandys at TKB) there's a spice packing plant and today they must have been packing basil because it was exactly that - Pesto in the Wind.... do I hear a Kansas song coming on?
 
At least I dont have to wait 45 minutes for my sandwich at TKB, like I used to have to at High Street... good thing you have an hour lunch, Scotty

Intense stuff.......Actually....I've got you both topped...I'm just going to go down to Jensens and pick up a whole loaf of french bread along with some Top notch peppered turkey and maybe some delectable cheese of my liking....then I'll have three gourmet sandwhich's for the price of one....or actually for the price on one and a half!! Hmmmmmmm' and maybe a little jensens egg salad on the side....yes,yes...it's all coming together now!!
 
Here's a few handy tips for Airline travel with your sandwich-


If you can't afford an ATA case for your deli sandwich or cheesesteak, I suggest using a HSC for it, encased in heavy cardboard, then put in a lunchsack.
Have it marked as "SPECIAL HANDLING- EDIBLE AND DELICIOUS!
and the excellent staff will make sure that it arrives unscathed, uneaten, and with all the condiments it had originally. Not squashed; never happens.
Altho a sandwich gig-bag is nice, (I prefer Handibag ZipLocs) there is no guarantee
that there will be room on the fold down tray.
