Hi folks,
I'm a lifelong Les Paul player who's recently bought his first EB MM Axis (gorgeous natural flametop) and I'm pumped.
The serial number is G13955. If anyone could tell me the date for my new baby, it would be much appreciated.
I've been lurking on the boards here the last couple of months and wanted to thank you folks for all the informative posts on here that helped me make the decision as to what EB model was right for me. For me, the Axis was the perfect combination: it has the fit and finish and pedigree of my Custom with a comparable balls out tone, but it also has more versatility tone-wise, a trem that doesn't sacrifice tone and none of the back breaking weight of the LP - a definite plus!
It's great to be an EB owner. The hardest part, as far as I can see, is restricting yourself to just one.
Long live rock!
