+1 on that! Funds are tight... Must decide... Open House or new bass? :p

I've heard that you folks get 5 weeks vacation (err, "holidays") to START!
Hell, I've been at the same company for 16 years and I only get 4 weeks.
When do you do all that 'working'?

:D :D :D

Black with R/W board = killer
Burst with R/W board, [matt] black plate & knobs = I'm selling a kidney

I like the Burst just the way it's pictured (sans plate). There's already a deviation from the Classic Stingray look by going HH, so why complain about another aesthetic? Very classy and uncluttered!

A new classic...?

P.S. Just set the pic as a background.

Good background pic for sure. I think I heard BP say, the one and only was going to an auction. A very good and worthy auction.

I do believe myself that anything EB sends out the door rocks.

I also believe that we the members of this forum get comfortable and forget that all the things we want have to be tallied. It is a business after all.

If I am wrong feel free to kick the crap out of me. :)

I like the metal control plate. Now that's what I call a StingRay! Is it necessary to have so many switching options though? How about 3-way - say neck/neck & bridge/bridge. Keep it simple, keep it sweet. I'd like to see a mini toggle switch on the plate to do the switching job (That way it don't confuse this simple bass player and stands less chance of getting in the way when I do a quick tone adjustment on a live gig.......) Either way, it's gonna be a killer of bass. Imagine adding a piezo bridge to it. By the way, can anybody tell me - what is the control layout? Is it a standard 3 band EQ + Volume?

1990 S/R4
2000 S/R4 fretless with piezo

adding two flimsy mini toggles making a total of three switches isn't us..Let me get your bass player logic One switch with five positions is more confusing than one three way and two mini toggles?
