i think maybe Brett got it he had the high bid last time i checked and i think he has the means to basically give the dude whatever he wants and with less than 30 of these made i would have it if i had the funds,.............. and i was putting together a collection like brett has, he has every color in both flame and quilt and all he needed was gold and solid black and he said he had a line on solid black sooooooooooooo..........

I didn't chime in earlier because I did NOT get this. I made the dude an "extreme" cash offer through my German friend that my friend thought would get it done (they spoke on the phone), and then the auction ended and there has been no other contact with the owner. My friend emailed to congratulate me, but the owner has not contacted me so I'm assuming someone else offered more.

Oh well. I felt my offer was fair and well beyond the high bid amount, but if it didn't get it done, it didn't get it done and props to the new owner.

These are cool, but they aren't "Mr. Horsepower" cool IMO.

nuernberg is about 220KM to the south from frankfurt.
it will take you about 2 1/2 hour drive, maybe a bit more.

i email with the seller today and he told me, that he was a bit angry, because of the overbidding-race and cancelling at the end.

he although told me, that he has an offer for this guitar which is XX00.- (i don´t post the amount here) but nothing has already been finished.
but that´s way too much for me.
so he still owns the guitar.
