!!!! There isn't much I can say that hasn't been said already, but when I went and did the GC wankfest last year, so many people commented on the color and the guitar that it was almost embarassing. None of these pics can really give a true read when it comes to this color and many of EB's colors with the pearlized paint it shifts depending on the angle and light so you truely need to have the guitar in your hand to get the full effect of their colors.

Man do I feel dumb for putting these posts up here. I went to Guitar Center today and they had two Sterling Basses there one with the Desert Gold wich I said I liked anyways and the other was a copper color wich I guess isn't an option on the Petrucci models. You guys are right the pictures don't do the finishes justice. The copper color is beutiful and now that I have seen the Desert Gold in person I must have it!It's awesome!!! It almost looks luminescent. Big Poppa are these selling well ??? God I hope so I would hate to see that color go away.I guess I made my judgement too early the only color I have seen in person other than my White Sparkle JP6 is the Pearl Redburst.

Nice....Desert Gold is a nice color as well. Would the copper one happen to be lava pearl? That is the color of my bongo bass.....find my picture link and look at it....because if it is, I believe that is available on the JP as well.
